Why You Are Not Losing WEIGHT! (TRUTH) Do you eat “HEALTHY” and still have a hard time losing weight?

There may be a few reasons why you are not losing weight. Most likely you are just eating too much. It is very easy for the calories to add up when you are not tracking them correctly. Yes, you can even gain weight by eating too many salads, at the end of the day calories are what make the biggest difference when it comes to weight loss. So make sure you are in a calorie deficit and you will continue to lose weight.

You need to increase the intensity of your workouts. You may not be pushing yourself in the gym as much as you should be. Make sure you get a good sweat in every time you get a workout in

You may not be getting adequate sleep. You should be sleeping a minimum of 7 hours daily

You may be be chronically stressed which will but your body in survival mode and make you retain your fat stores

You may have a chronic disease which may be causing you to gain excess weight or making it very difficult for you to lose weight
