Staying in general practice - Kate 's story

The national GP Retention Scheme is a package of financial and educational support to help doctors remain in clinical general practice. The scheme is specifically for GPs who:

- are considering leaving or have recently left general practice
- need greater flexibility than that offered by a regular part-time role
- need additional educational supervision.
