1 September 2019 - Day 10 - Tanjung Rhu VLOG 272
After a late night partying, I end up walking home not realising I had left my hotel key and phone with the girls! Reception was closed but luckily the guard had keys to the room and was able to let me in otherwise I would have been totally screwed!!
I spend the morning scrambling around waiting for the girls at breakfast as they were nowhere to be found. Still not having my phone I rang from 3 different peoples mobiles and 2 hotel receptions whilst leaving insta msgs from random people’s accounts. Still no sign of life so I got a Grab from Cenang up to Tanjung Rhu to find the missing girls!
We end our last night with a shellout and steamboat dinner before being dropped off at the airport. It is here sadly we say farewell to our Langkawi friends!
It has been an amazing week and I couldn’t be any more grateful to have spent it with such wonderful friends. A special thankyou to @reena_sayra for organising everything and for making my stay in her home island a welcoming and memorable one. You’re an inspiring, smart and beautiful girl and I know you will go a long way to achieve your dreams. I hope it is not the last time we see each other and that we will continue to adventure and explore other parts of the world!! Till next time!!! 🙋🏽♂️🛫🏝
