Hey babe ! Training upper body is so important when it comes to building your full physique, you can't just train booty ladies !
Here is my current workout split for those who might be interested:
Monday: Lower body (Glutes, hammies, quads) Or depending how I feel
Tuesday: Upper body (Back, arms, sometimes shoulders)
Wednesday: Lower body (Glutes, hammies, quads) Or depending how I feel
Thursday: Upper body (Back, shoulders, little arms)
Friday: Lower body (Glutes, hammies, quads) Or depending how I feel
Saturday: Full body, HIIT
Sunday: Rest
I do stretching everyday for 10-15 mins, activate every muscle and warm up on the stairmaster for about 10 minutes, or a do a small hiit circuit before my workout depending how I feel
