There appears to be apprehension over the increasing insecurity and high rate of kidnappings in the country. It now appears that the Nigeria Police Force and other security agencies are in a quandary over strategies to combat the high rate of crime and its diverse nature in the country. The government is faced with a growing unemployment rate, high insecurity, and kidnappings, that is now perceived as a booming enterprise.
