The Position, Role, and Use of the Power Foot in the Discus and Rotational Shot Put

Wow. This was a bear to create and I hope you like it. This video goes over everything having to do with the power foot (right foot for right handed throwers, left for the lefties) in the rotational shot put and the discus throw. Everything from pivoting, balance, power application, and anything else I could think of.
