Red Dead Redemption 2 PC - Temporary CURSOR STUCK FIX (For Me Anyway)

UPDATE: Check PINNED COMMENT for Step by Step instructions. This seems to be a temporary fix as it keeps coming back. If you get this to work enjoy it because after 2 days it has come back.

After trying many things this is how I have consistently fixed my Cursor being stuck on the screen while playing RDR2 on PC through Epic Games Launcher. Give it a shot, it may work for you as well.
